ANZ Banker Workbench

Banker Workbench combines core banking tasks into a single platform, allowing ANZ's 5000+ staff to shift their focus off the technology and back onto delivering a more engaging service experience. Previously staff had to navigate 30+ legacy tools to meet basic customer requirements.

The Lean UX model was used to ideate and test prototypes with staff and customers - numbering some 200+ individuals during my 3-year involvement.

As design lead across this multi-year project, I was responsible for creating and maintaining the design system UI and creating new features and tools through its application.

The system received a Best Design Award in the User Experience category in 2017. Since launch the system has saved thousands of hours in lost productivity and received high-praise from staff.
