An A-Z Review helps both staff and customers discuss and select the appropriate financial solutions for achieving customer goals.
By translating a casual paper-based process into an interactive digital experience, we enhance the conversation without the technology getting in the way. It also allows for data to be re-purposed for on-boarding and future applications.
I was responsible for ideation and UI design, contributing to prototyping, interviews and user testing with staff members and customers.
